Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Kinkle can be a very difficult professor and the course may be challenging at times, but you will learn a lot and will find it very rewarding.

    Course highlights:

Lectures are not boring at all. Kinkle will keep you entertained and provide useful information that will be used on the exams.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your Learning Outcomes if you want to find studying for the exam really easy. Some can get away without doing them, but it just means more work later.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very interesting topics, also it goes through the basic and foundational knowledge required for any natural sciences fields of study such as biology, medicine etc.

    Course highlights:

Enjoyed the mitosis, meiosis and brief botany material.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

GO TO THE SI SESSIONS. SI sessions are the one of the best academic programs UC offers for their classes and this class definitely benefits from SI sessions. Also, get to know your professor and be comfortable asking "dumb" questions

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Highly recommend this class to anyone, even if it is not required by your major. I transferred from another university and this was one of the first classes I took. Even though it was a challenge, Professor Mosely made my transfer an easy transition.

    Course highlights:

Cell biology, basic chemistry, fundamental building blocks of life

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do your learning outcomes. Go to the office hours. Professor Mosely truly wants to see all her students succeed and she is very kind and helpful.
