Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this class to any students because it is extremely informative about nutrition. Everybody eats so it's great to learn if your eating right and the right amount. This class gives a lot of extra credit opportunities. With studying and extra credit you are guaranteed to get a good grade.
The highlights of the course were learning the calculations of the energy (caloric) needs of every kind of individual. We also did case studies as if we were actually Registered Dietitians.

The advice I would give a student considering this course would be to always study the powerpoints in flashcards and do all of the extra credit oppertunities.
