Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was fantastic and gave meaningful advice on essay drafts. I was worried when I first entered this course as my high school English courses were low key, but this teacher made things seem manageable.

    Course highlights:

We had three "major" writing assignments: A "Compare & Contrast" essay (the hardest), a "Thesis" essay (medium difficulty), and the "Personal Narrative" essay. Beyond that were just several small writing assignments which were usually conducted in the class discussion board.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

DO NOT wait until the last minute to work on your big essays. Take advantage of the prior notice given on major assignments and use that time to write up a so-so first draft to talk major points over with your professor.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a great course. The teacher was very blunt and cared about the art of writing.

    Course highlights:

I've learned that when it comes to writing. It isnt just something we do everyday but something that could be really beautiful.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always take notes, be prepared, read the book and never forget that asking for help isnt a bad thing.
