Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course subject applies to every decision we make in our lives. The instructor is exceptional!

    Course highlights:

I was taking this course on line and not doing very well. Because I continued to visit with Dr. Huizenga about the applications of class material that I was striving with he invited me to apply to take a face-to-face class. Not only did he sign the paperwork but he personally went to the faculty and asked to allow me to change. I went from failing to a high B because of Dr. Huizenga's methods of teaching. I owe him a great deal of gratitude.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class in person to get the most from it. Learn from it because it applies to all of the decisions you will make in school and in life itself.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This has been an extremely difficult course. I had never taken a psychology class before, so I didn't really know what I was getting into. The only book available is online. If a student does better actually having a book in hand to reference like myself, I find this makes learning more difficult. Also, I do not think the professor does the best at relaying the course material. I believe this is the first time I have said this about one of my professors. I have only been part time in college now for about three years so I may not be the best judge on this yet.

    Course highlights:

I have learned a little bit on critical thinking but for the most part, I am just getting by. I haven't really had a highlight as of yet.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to pay attention and take notes in the homework sections. If you do this and take notes during the lectures, it will be extremely helpful. Also, keep track of the quizzes. This will help during exams. Some of the questions are the same.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this course to fellow students. I found the professor to be incredibly helpful and the course to be very interesting.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the class discussions and hearing every moral topic interpreted in a different way.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do all of the reading that is required.
