    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it very accurately teaches you tools that you will use no matter what field of IT you are in. Because user support is significantly involved somewhere down the tree of every IT job, it is a vital part of every IT worker's tool belt.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the pure learning of how to diagnose and solve a problem, then give the solution to someone like magic. Being able to do this is so useful for any part of life, but especially IT. The great thing about Prof. Kahn was how much he added to the course. He taught me an intro to binary, project management software, and networking. I know this may not be the case with every prof, but that greatly added to my interest in the course.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Hang in there. I know the lectures can get long and the prof may drag on a bit in explanations, but pay attention. The knowledge that he/she is giving you will play a roll in every day of your IT career, as well as other areas of your life. Being able to assess a problem and solve it quickly will help you in several areas of your life, not just IT.
