Not too easy. Not too difficult.

This course is essential all those who want to be successful in the world. It is an easy beginniner's math and statistics course that will give you the skills to look at numbers critically, an important skill for later in life.

    Course highlights:

The most important thing in STAT 1350 was learning how to read and conduct a survey. This will be something you will most likely use for the rest of your life. Survey numbers and statistics are all around us and knowing how to read a survey and think critically about it is one of the most important skills you can have.

I would advise students to just do their work. This advice goes to any student taking any class. Just doing the work will get you farther than you think.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Easter is a tough professor but I believe that it pays of in the long run. She challenges your abilities as a student and encourages you to think outside the box. I enjoy math, and overall really enjoyed the course.

    Course highlights:

The class consists of a lot of partner work. I liked this aspect because it was nice to see how another person thinks and solves problems.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study! She gives you time in class to get your work done, but it is also important to spend time outside of class looking over your work and reworking the problems.
