    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this class! These days, our lives are so filled with technology that we are losing our communication skills! For anyone that is going into social work, or feel like they can improve their communication, this is an excellent class for you. It's amazing how much you can learn about the art of communication.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part about this course was learning about how to properly communicate in relationships. Whether that be family or a lover, the course gives great details on how to respond in certain situations such as fighting. One of the most interesting things was starting to realize your own communication skills and what you could really work on. For me, I realized I am extremely passive aggressive when it comes to arguments. Since taking this course, I can now see what I need to improve on.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course, I would say the students need to really read the text book and try to have fun with the course! This class is about communication meaning, you must communicate! I would recommend not only reading the sections that the teacher provides, but to read the whole chapter. It really benefits you to understand and recognize not only your own communication, but others around you. Read the chapters! Take notes! Ask questions!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I hate group work, as most people do. However, this class is mostly group work as it is a communication class. That being said, it made group work more tolerable, especially as it taught you the core concepts of interpersonal communication.

    Course highlights:

This class makes the student much more aware of their own body language, conversations, and so much more.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend every class. Read the book. Do the assignments and your grades will reflect that!
