    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I personally don't enjoy CHEM130 lecture just because of the generality of the topics completed in the course, but taking it with Summers makes it much worse. Dry, quiet lectures. very little interaction. Multiple choice tests with no partial credits. Does give a lot of homework which does help some with adding points to buffer your grade.

    Course highlights:

I now have a general understanding for Chemistry. Do lots of practices problems.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework and extra problems. Look up extra resources

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class itself was boring and difficult for me at first. It wasn't until I moved on to harder classes that I realized how important it was to take the time to learn the material for life instead of just learning long enough to pass the test.

    Course highlights:

The thing I remember doing most was learning molecular structures. I thought it was pointless and so I didn't do the work I should have. However, this is one of the foundation courses that you will fall back on throughout your biology courses.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the time to study this information in a way that it will continue on with you. It's a very important class, and learn from my mistake - study hard and excel at it because it's vital to the rest of your schooling.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I like his bubble-wrapped chair, but his tests can be quite irritating.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was the quiz I got an A on. I learned how to ask for help.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice a lot and do not trust what he tells you that is going to be on a exam. Study everything.
