    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a class that is required for the hosp. management degree. However, it is also just useful information for anyone working in the food service industry should know.

    Course highlights:

The general procedures and proper temperatures when dealing with foods is critical in this course and well taught.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This class may be relatively easy but is extremely necessary for working in this field. If you are studying in this course the crucial study points are the flow of food, and time and temperature guidelines when dealing with food. These are the most crucial points on the exams and especially on the certification exam.
