Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Its a great course! Fun and interesting. I enjoyed it and learned a lot. It does require a lot of memory but if you put in the time you will be fine.

    Course highlights:

Its a pre rec for many science majors. But I still enjoyed the class and did very well. It set the pace of college for me and helped me in my future classes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

A lot of memory for this course, put the time in. Make flashcards and take good notes

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Learning the diversity in between different organisms is very interesting. You start the class learning about organisms so small that you cannot see them with the naked eye, to fungi, animals, and plants. A big highlight in this class is evolution, and that also is very interesting because you get a good idea on how these organisms evolved.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would most definitely have to be the lab. It is one thing to sit in a lecture hall and take notes, but to actually see these organisms swimming around under a microscope or to look at the spores on the back of a leaf on a fern is awesome. Actually seeing these tiny organisms is very cool.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely have to put in the work. You have to study and take the time to actually learn the information rather than just memorize it. The whole class is comprehensive. What I mean by that is, the information that you learned ties in to the information that you will be learning.
