    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Lewis is very kind, and does a good job conveying the information to students. She has a passion for what she teaches, and it shows throughout the course.

    Course highlights:

    Throughout this course, students will learn about the very basics of nutrition, covering a broad span.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you are interested in nutrition, or thinking about majoring in HNFE, this is a good course to take to introduce you to the basics of nutrition.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This is a very informative course with a teacher who seems like she really wants to be there helping us learn.

    Course highlights:

    I learn so much about vitamins and nutrients during a time when I was sick. It not only helped my book smarts, but also my street smarts when it comes to homeopathic remedy for a cure to certain illnesses.

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention. The teacher is easy to respect and knowledgable so try to absorb what she is saying.
