    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the course because it is a very important introduction to using Excel an Access for business applications. While much of it may seem fairly simple and the focus on design goals may not matter in an actual career, the knowledge may make it easier for you to find solutions to business problems.

    Course highlights:

I learned a good deal of information on using Excel and Access for business applications. There is a focus on Excel design goals and the use of databases in Access.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Instead of just reading the textbook, watch the online lectures that supplement the lecture. It is important to see the information being applied, especially if you did not see it in class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class helped to brush up on my word and excel skills and I actually learned things from taking it. It also wasn't hard in the slightest

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of skills in Excel that would help to make your life a lot easier if you have to make a big spreadsheet

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Lacoste actually cares a lot about how her students do in the course, so don't take her for granted. I recommend doing the optional projects because it does help enhance your skills, but don't stress over them

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course due to it being straightforward, simple, and easy to learn. Most of the course can be taught online, so it can be done on one's own time which is valuable. Most of the content is easily learned and exams are fairly simple.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was learning Microsoft Access. This was an unfamiliar program to me and the course taught it in a clear and concise fashion.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Constantly review units that you do not understand. If you don't have a deep understanding of some concepts, then the exam questions will confuse you.
