    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

If you're a competent student, it is definitely an easy A

    Course highlights:

We learned a simplified history of the evolution of theatre and participated in the reading and analysis of many plays.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the plays and pay attention in class/take notes. This class is insanely easy if you just act as a responsible student. You won't need to study for anything if you're awake and listening during class, Susanna Rinehart makes the quizzes based off what she says in class and very clearly spells out what you need to know.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

She tries the most with this course. So much effort goes into a course that matters so little (from an elective standpoint)

    Course highlights:

Got to read some high quality materials, which never hurt anyone.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

READ READ READ the books. Attend the plays. GO TO CLASS

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is an easy way to fulfill one of Virginia Tech's CLE requirements.

    Course highlights:

You will learn about the basic components of theatre as well as the history behind it. This course is purely lecture, so no acting is required.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is fairly simple, and success is based mainly on quizzes and tests. The professor does not post notes online, however, it is fairly easy material to understand. All quizzes will be taken online outside of class and are open book. The books needed to buy for the course are plays that are quick and easy to read. You will also be required to attend to performances of plays by the school.
