    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very difficult course for those who have never been exposed to accounting before. VERY difficult exams if you don't know the material.

    Course highlights:

Some parts were interesting but a majority of the material is bland and difficult to follow. I know a lot more about accounting now, however, because of it. It's a weed out class and a lot of people dropped after the first exam when I took it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study. Be exposed to as much of the information as possible and practice on those financial statements. Don't neglect principles and concepts!

I learned the basics of accounting, and how essential accounting is to the business process.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework on time, and actually read the book!
