Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course as it was fairly easy to pass as long as you got all the work done and it cover one of the area credits needed by most majors to graduate. The teacher was also tried hard to be funny and failed which was in itself funny.

    Course highlights:

Basically, many of the fundamental topics of biology are covered in this course. How they teach is interesting because you learn the material at home and go to class for a worksheet which reinforces the information learned

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Personally, the videos went to slow so I sped them up but many of my classmates felt they went to fast and they slowed them down. Really try on the worksheets in class because they do help.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Although Professor Watkinson is one of the harder professors for BIOL 1105, his tests are challenging but not too challenging. They make you think and apply which helps you learn the information better.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are his test questions. He always makes one question that is obviously easy and unlike the rest. It's a freebie. I learned a lot about Biology through this course but also myself as a student. I was able to better my studying skills and explored different note taking skills through the course as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read over the class PowerPoints. If you have any questions about topics your confused about or about test questions, I highly recommend you meet with him.
