    | Would not recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This professor was the worst professor I have ever had. For such an essential class, I learned absolutely nothing. She read off the powerpoint the ENTIRE lecture time - 80+ slides. She never elaborated, hardly answered questions, and never truly went in depth on any of the material. She never emphasized the importance of the material, but would never forget to remind you how this course is the foundation for going on within the medical field. By the end of lecture, you are in such a daze that it quickly becomes overwhelming with the amount of material that you have to learn.

    Course highlights:

Honestly, the highlight that I got through taking this course was that I was better off taking it over at the local community college. This course taught me that you cannot simply "learn" the material for the tests, you have to truly understand it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend taking this course through a community college. However, if that is not possible, then I would recommend devoting at least 10+ hours/ week to teaching this material to yourself. Get a tutor, find a study group, read the textbook. Do not rely on only learning the material in lecture, as that is simply not possible.
