    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class met every Wednesday from 6:30 - 9:15PM but usually not for the full duration. Professor Keown is a very silly person who has the best stories, advice, and information to share with his class of over 300 students. His exams contain questions that come directly from Pearson Lab (final exam had over a dozen questions that was word for word from Pearson).

    Course highlights:

My favorite aspect of the course was the way he graded because he gives you 4 different grading methods and he only takes the highest grade into consideration. I learned a lot from this course especially with all the material we were assigned. I had to get access to a website called Investopedia and although the class has ended I still use the website every few days to check for stock and market tips. We were taught basics like stocks and bonds, investment banking, and time value of money.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If it's anything like when I had him, then do not leave his classes early. He does random attendance quizzes and sometimes even twice in one class session.
