This class was so much fun to take! You have to love science and the human body to enjoy it, but I think the subject is very interesting. Professor Williams is also very passionate and a good lecturer.

Take it! It was a requirement for my major, but I would have taken it voluntarily. Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise requires a lot of classes that are not related to nutrition or exercise. I love that this course is exactly what I thought HNFE was all about.
