Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Girmes-Grieco is ABSOLUTELY incredible! She is very caring towards her students and wants her students to learn. Going to her office hours is an absolute must. She is happy to answer any questions of clarifications students have and even explains topics in a simpler way in office hours if they weren't understood in lecture. Her study guides are the best!

    Course highlights:

This class honestly taught me how to take notes and HOW to study, which is especially useful for other classes and even graduate/professional programs. Because there is so much detail in this course, it teaches you to manage your time wisely while still making sure to understand the information. This course is especially helpful for students learning towards becoming a dietitian or a nutritionist.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay great detail to her notes and study guides. There is a book for this course but because the nutritional data is always changing, her notes are the best way to succeed.
