    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This is one of the more difficult classes you will take in your early years at Virginia Tech.

    Course highlights:

    Advanced integration, sequences, and series.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study and go to office hours as often as possible.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Save yourself the trouble and take this course somewhere else. The majority of teachers are graduate students who care about their research far more than they care about you- it is a "weed out" course. Constantly late to office hours.

    Basic building on 1225 with increased focus on integration and derivatives

    Take at community college don't even bother trying to take it here

    I absolutely recommend it for those interested in applicable math

    Course highlights:

    This class covered volumes of three dimensional figures, approximations, indefinite integrals, sequences and series

    3-5 hours

    Stay on top of the content, the minute something confuses you go to office hours and figure it out before moving on
