    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is critical in matriculation through the food science major

    Course highlights:

    I gained a fuller understanding of the chemical constituents and complexities of a food product. It expands food from simply something to eat, to its individual nutritional and biochemical components.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study in advanced as well as review notes every night.
