    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is what made me fall in love with science. The first time I took this I was not in a good place an unfortunately failed. I decided that because Dr. Haberstrough was so awesome, I'd attempt it again. So I did, and succeeded!

    Course highlights:

My highlights were all the relevant labs we did and the stories Dr. Haberstrough shared that gave us a more personal learning experience of the world of chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course can be tough, but as long as you pay attention and do your reading, you will ace it!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was an amazing experience for me. It pushed me out of my learning comfort zones and showed me how awesome our world is. The class was small and this was perfect because it allowed a lot of one on one time with the teacher. He was there to help me understand any and every aspect of chemistry.

    Course highlights:

The labs in this class were definitely my favorite part of the course. Aside from obvious cool things like blowing stuff up, I also got to learn about chemical combination and all the different kinds of reactions that can and do occur naturally.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Invest yourself in the learning of this course. You get out what you put into it. I enjoyed so much more of the learning when I made myself a part of it and involved myself in it.
