    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Vanja is high spirited, and gives opportunity for extra credit, but her tests are probably the hardest I have ever had to take.

    Course highlights:

I've learned quite a lot about the heart and lungs and she made it quite interesting including fun facts about each system.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study anything and everything, if you don't think it will be on the exam, it will be!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Fuentes is an incredible instructor and has an immense amount of knowledge that he is willing to share with you if you show genuine interest.

    Course highlights:

This course was my first ever in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. The medical field has a language of its own, so to speak, and this course will quickly familiarize you with that.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It's not an easy A and it's not a course you can "fake" your way through with hopes of a minimal passing grade. Additionally, if you didn't get a decent grasp and understanding in your general biology courses, it'll negatively impact you when you get into this one.

    Course Overview:

It is such an amazing course, plus you do a lot of hands on, like disecting eyes and brains.

    Course highlights:

I loved using the microscopes and doing the diesctions. A big bonus was how involved and interested our professor was in our success on passing his class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY! When they tell you to menorize and study, you make sure you memorize and study. Theres a lot we a required to take in, but its mostly memorization.
