    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this course and it taught me a lot about planning a program and how to build one for my career. I really liked how hands on it was and the fact that we built programs in pieces throughout the semester.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to assess a community in order to see the needs that take place. I learned how to create a survey, evaluation tools, and build a program to show others. It was a hard class but I learned a lot and loved it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read your book! Take good notes and do not get behind on assignments. It is a hard class but very doable if you stay on track. Work with other students in the class if you do not understand and keep all of the handouts.
