    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was a comprehensive overview of the New Testament, covering the background information and highlights of every book. When appropriate, it also delved into broader, more important issues or topics.

    Course highlights:

Prior to the course, I had a very good knowledge of the New Testament, having studied it competitively for years. However, since this course sets the books in their original context, this perspective allows you to understand them as originally intended. The personal highlight for me was the project that required students to become the "expert" on a book of their choosing by doing a 10-page research paper.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the material definitely helps solidify the information, but isn't necessary per say, as he goes over the same information in class (albeit changing some things here and there). If you know your notes thoroughly, you will do just fine on exams.
