    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class, because even though the professor, Albert Smith, can be tough and sometimes hard to follow, its worth it. I learned a lot in his class that I feel will benefit me for the future I hope to have of being a business owner. I did struggle, but he was always there to offer help and I had my friends to study with. I think this class is one to take because I challenges you to think harder and try harder. This isn't a class you can get by in, you have to actually read the textbook and take notes. It helps in the long run, because these techniques can become good study habits.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were the people I meant in the class. If it wasn't for the extra help outside of class I don't know if I would have passed. I was so used to classes coming easily to me and just getting by and when that wasn't the case in this class, things looked dim. But I decided to get some help. My friends really helped me understand the material. We used the study guides and notes the professor posted online and we would even do our homework together. My grade gradually started going up and even though the class frustrated me at times I was thrilled to see my progress and I wanted it to keep going up. I not only learned about managerial accounting and assets and loans but I learned its okay to ask for help and progress, even just a little bit, can make a big difference in your attitude towards a class.

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give to someone considering this course is to keep an open mind and not give up. This class comes easy to some and hard for others. We're all different. If you're someone who struggles, don't let that bring you down. Just take a deep breathe, remind yourself that everybody has a class they struggle with, and ask for help. Keep an open mind to the type of help you can receive, whether its a tutor that you don't very well, a study group you get involved in or the professor himself. The important thing is don't throw in the towel before you've given the effort.
