    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it covers a lot of the basics of psychology.

    Course highlights:

A few things I learned were the different parts of the brain and what they controlled. I also learned many other things like how we perceive and understand the way we do, etc.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a very good course, pretty easy, and teaches you the basics. I would just advise you to always take notes and to study before the final.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because not only did I learn more information about how we as humans process information, and the reasons behind our personalities and disorders, but I also learned how to help those with disorders, and new ways to cope with my own difficulties. Another thing That I learned through this course is how to apply my new knowledge into social situations and within everyday life.

    Course highlights:

Through taking this course, we covered several units that discussed substance abuse, psychological disorders, the unconscious, and even specific parts of the brain. Within each unit, we learned about related Psychologists. I learned different reasons in which why a person may have a specific psychological disorder, along with the methods to help that individual cope with their disorder.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to take notes, stay focused, and definitely review information before each unit test.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course. Missy is a great professor, she keeps you into the lecture, even if you get a little sidetracked. The course is fun and very hands on. The Active Learning's really do help you understand the topics.

    Course highlights:

The Active Learning assignments are what really helped me, individually, excel as a student in the class. As long as you participate and stay on top of those, you will/can understand the material better.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I highly suggest that you take notes. Even though she gives you 90% of the notes you will take, they are all helpful. I also suggest you get the book and do the cheat sheets, they can save your grade more than harm it.
