    | No strong feelings either way.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course for all students as an introduction english course. The content allows you to learn so much and refresh any high school material that you were uncertain about. Although I was confused about a lot of assignments because of the way they were explained, I was able to finish the course with an A. This is a really excellent course in the way it flows and the pace. I never felt overwhelmed with homework, which a lot of students are worried about.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to write 5 different major writing assignments throughout a semester. My favorites were the Review paper because it allowed me as an incoming freshman to get familiarized with the community. I also enjoyed writing the I-search because it taught me not only a lot about english, but myself as a person. Many of these writing assignments were a first time thing for me and it was a pleasant experience that i will take with me in the future.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    To be successful in this course you need to show up for class and be prepared. This course isn't too much writing, but involves a lot of creative thinking. You need to take your time with each assignment and use the professor's time they allow to gather feedback. Many times my teacher helped me fix errors that allowed me to build off of and get a better grade. Also, interacting with your classmates helps you become a better writer by being critiqued and accepting other's advice.
