    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If it is not required, I would not recommend taking it as I do not think it applies to the jobs I will be seeking.

    Course highlights:

It's a lot of high level concepts about information systems but doesn't actually show you how to use any of the information systems software.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though the syllabus says MyMISLab is required, AND it is highlighted, it is not necessary to complete the course. As a matter of fact it never even worked for my class. So save your money and skip it.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Walsh is an amazing professor. She makes the learning experience exciting, I instantly became eagerer to learn more and more with each class day. Teaching is not something that she does, it's a part of who she is. It's a passion, and she shows it each and everyday she stands in front of her students to teach a lecture.

    Course highlights:

I became more knowledgeable about the importance of information technology in the world of business. I learned about the System Development Life Cycle and how it can be applied to different aspects of business.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to read, class attendance is important as well as note taking. This course teaches about how important security is to information technology. The course also touches on the notion of how scope, time and money are major factors in completing a project.
