    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it gives a person a new perspective on not only Latinos, but America, the US government and society as a whole.

    Course highlights:

As a Latina student, I did not know who I really was. I never thought about it, but this class made me realize that I was not fully knowledgeable and that I do not relate to my Mexican heritage. I also do not relate fully to American culture. So now I classify myself as a Mexican-American. Not an American, and not a Mexican. I am somewhere in the middle.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I think that engaging in classroom discussions helps get an overall understanding of the topic for the day.
