Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Taylor shares 20+ years experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, and leads the Student and Professional chapters of the NAEYC. I look forward to volunteering in her co-operative preschool program this summer that follows a Reggio Emilia approach.

    Course highlights:

The values of teamwork and insightful observation can never be underestimated. Collaboration must be mastered to become an effective educator. Teaching with an open mind builds a respectful community inside and outside the classroom and benefits everyone. Everyone has something to contribute.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Participate and be a good team player in preparation for a career that demands both to be successful. Go out and volunteer more hours than required because practice matters in education.
