    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

As a freshman or even sophomore this class was intensely self driven. Expect no sympathy from the professor under any circumstances and good luck figuring out what will be on the test.

    Course highlights:

Although the course load was insane the information covered is useful in and out of class. By the end of this course you will be able to tell which muscle in your neck is tensing up and how to relieve that tension.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay determined and keep learning. Youtube and quizlet are your best friends.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would most definitely recommend this course because I think this is material that people should and want to know. It is so fascinating and I learned something spectacular each and every day. Adonna Rometo was really engaging and interactive with her students. She really wanted all of us to learn and she made it intriguing.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me were the detailed power points and all of the extra credit assignments. Everything I learned also related back to other courses that I had taken and I loved reflecting back to the old material and relating it to the new material. They taught me a lot about the human body like how your muscles build up fuzz over night and you need to stretch it out. I learned how the brain works and practically every single bone in the body.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely go to class every single day, you do not want to miss out on anything. Take lots of notes and draw out the diagrams Rometo gives out. Just review and review, and you should do great.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Know about your body! Know how it works when you put it through stress, and how to take action!

    Course highlights:

Learning how to predict what will happen to your body, and how to use that information to your advantage!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to go beyond just understanding and develop a gut level, instinctual feeling about it. It is YOUR BODY after all.
