Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it makes you aware of the different backgrounds of people who might be living next door to you and how to properly present yourself. This class is an introductory to the life of a Social Worker and you could determine if you have the patience to work with the different classes of people.

    Course highlights:

This class has taught me to be aware of the different kinds of people that are living around me. You should not judge the way people live or how their past used to be. You can be living next to a person who recently got released from prison or the person could be gay. You would have to keep an open mind to give the person a chance to turn their life around.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend taking notes while the professor is talking. If there is information on the board during the class, make sure you ask questions. Repetition is important because if the instructor repeats the same information, this means it is important.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The way he teaches, everyone is able to understand the information being taught to them.

    Course highlights:

One highlight is the fact we had to do volunteer work, but once you start you can stop creating connections with the people you meet at your volunteer location.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you decide to take this course, don't be afraid to ask questions. Your professor is more like to go into depth because there is probably more than one student who also didn't understand a part of the information.

    Advice for students:

Take notes on what is said in class not just the PowerPoints
