Pretty easy, overall.
The course was conducted in a grade school manner. We we assigned to various groups and we had to participate in menial discussions about arbitrary things. The direction of conversations was always very superficial and was very dependent on student and instructor opinion rather than fact or theories.
The highlight for me was the occasional ability to work on other things when we were allowed to have our laptops out. I was able to participate in the class to the degree required and still complete other course work.

Advice for students:
Be prepared to do a lot of sitting and not a lot of thinking. There is not even opportunity to work on other coursework because of "film watching" where the lights are turned out.
