Not too easy. Not too difficult.
MGT 3200 is all about how to operate well in terms of business management from the entry level position to seniors. The course teaches every single basic theory and process that students should know who want to apply to the director or manager level. For examples, cost-volume-profit analysis is widely used in the world of business regardless of detailed areas to calculate the best production, and some other techniques such as inventory management, quality assurance, supply-chain management, etc. are all useful to better understand how an enterprise works. Moreover, Dr. Bhutta is the best professor I have ever met because he does not waste students' time, which means that he is always prepared to give lectures with abundant examples and knowledge. He sometimes makes the class funny through jokes but tries to teach the best and students are able to learn a number of lessons through this course about what is important and what is not.
Dr. Bhutta goes over the key materials for students and do not enjoy giving a large number of assignments to students because he empathizes the importance of understanding through the course instead of doing additional tasks outside the class.

Advice for students:
Do not miss the course throughout the semester if you are enrolled because he quickly covers most materials in given times. If you miss a class, then you might not be able to keep up with. Thus, you have to be prepared for at least one chapter by reading through in order to follow and understand once you miss. 6 times absences are allowed so that students think the course is very comfortable but things that you have to get A are quite high quality, which means that the course materials are not 1+1=2 level but they are more focused on thinking process.
