    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Lots of open discussion and group projects which I like for a communications class. The class deals with current topics that are very controversial in every culture but it is definitely important to talk about.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were being able to openly discuss topics that are usually not open discussion because it is controversial. It really helps you expand your mind and the way you might think of other people and cultures.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a great communications class to start with if you are interested in communications. Helps you have open discussions which is important to any communication major.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to every student. It helps broaden your knowledge on so many things that help you understand how and why individuals act the way they do. It's a class where you're constantly engaged, and Costello is an amazing professor.

    Course highlights:

I've learned to ignore the physical differences in people and to stop using them, and the stereotypes society has given them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to be engaged in the classes, and to write short reflections.
