    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class is a great introduction to child development and theory. Students will use this information over and over again in later classes.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Geist is an awesome professor, he was very open to thoughts and opinions and encouraged everyone to ask questions. I really liked learning about infant development and how children progress both mentally and physically.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Absolutely buy the book, it is a good read and you will use it! I would also recommend not taking notes in class, instead sit back and absorb everything, and review the PowerPoint presentations afterwards as needed.
