    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Hovland is great at what she does. She thoroughly explains concepts, and even gives a study guide to help you prep for exams.

    Course highlights:

I definitely learned a lot about vitamins and minerals. Overall the material isn't too hard but you need to know some details for the exams.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely do the study guides for prepping for exams. It's not hard and most of the material in the study guide is on the exam!
