Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for anyone that is an Exercise Physiology major. I learned a lot more than I was tested over which will help me in the long run because I already know the information for other classes.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot for my major from this class! Professor Brooks is really good about going over the material and helping you learn. She really wants you to do well in this course which makes her a great professor!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely study. This course is not too hard but you do have to put in some work. Read the book and go over the study materials that she gives you.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is very interesting viewing the different topics in fitness and learning about the different heros in the field who have pushed themselves to the limits for science.

    Course highlights:

Gaining factual knowledge in exercise related topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study early. Study often. Just like any other class you should study as soon as you learn something and review every night.
