    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend it. The lectures are interesting and the professor is great. She focuses a lot of how you can apply the concepts we learn to real life situations.

    Course highlights:

There isn't any homework expect articles that she posts online. Exams are a little tough but you can you a note card on them. The final isn't cumulative.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to every class even though attendance isn't mandatory.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was definitely pretty interesting. I would recommend it if you need more electives. Since I'm more focused on the sciences, this was a pretty interesting class to take, and it definitely made me look at everything a little bit different, but there wasn't anything too exciting or too boring about it.

    Course highlights:

I gained a better understanding of how society works as a whole, and how society affects individuals actions on a day-to-day basis. The information we covered was broad, mostly theories and vocabulary words, nothing too specific. One of the highlights was definitely that there was never any homework and the quizzes were online. The exams were relatively easy if you studied and read the book.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention. Take good notes, you'll thank yourself later when you're studying for that midterm and finals exam. You can come into this class with no prior knowledge of sociology, but I would recommend taking some kind of intro to psychology class prior to taking this one, solely because some of the terms will be easier to understand and some of the theories about society will make more sense.
