A lot of information to touch on. What I learned here was vital in my development in my workplace as a new leader. The only area of improvement would be perhaps more practical examples of how to process from a HR perspective.
Particularly the chapter on Training and Development was very helpful as I was going through some turnover in the workplace and was needing to develop new training schedules for incoming resources.

Do your best to stay on top of the reading. Each chapter builds on previous ones, so skipping or skimming the text will place you at a disadvantage.
