Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it taught me many things about how and why people in society act the way they do. This course gave me a strong basis of knowledge on this subject.

    Course highlights:

I learned why people in different groups in society act the way they do. I learned to have compassion towards people because they act according to what they're exposed to.

As long as you pay attention in class and study when you're supposed to, you will do great. Dr.Abbott is there to see you succeed. He wants to help you.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I thought that this class was very interesting to learn about. How society works all makes more sense now. Even watching close family and friends interact makes more sense now. If you are looking to learn about how society interacts, this would be a great class for you. It is a class where you have to study quite a bit because there's so much to learn, but I thought it was worth the time. I really did learn a lot, now looking back.

    Course highlights:

We did a movie project where we had to observe a movie that we signed up for. This is after we had finished all the chapters of the textbook for the course. Some of the movies were ones that I have seen a few times. So watching all of my peers observations of the movie was interesting because I saw the movies in a different way than before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to be prepared to study, a lot. Even though it is an interesting class, you do have to take the time to study and really learn all of the information that is in the book. So, just be prepared for a lot of studying time.
