Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Lause made the class really fun and enjoyable. He covered all of the material thoroughly. He was really good about communicating with the class and always made sure we were up to date on all of our assignments.

    Course highlights:

We learned an assortment of things. He taught us some of the most effective note-taking strategies. We also covered everyday sentence errors that most of us make. We watched a few movies in the class, and he would often pause the movie to explain what was happening to those of us who were confused.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up to date on the assignments, and ask a lot of questions. I didn't have to do much studying, but the papers were a little time-consuming. It is a fairly easy class, but only if you're not slacking or taking shortcuts.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a core class everyone has to take, I recommend everyone takes the class for graduation.

    Course highlights:

I learned that my sentence structure was not good, and I have alot of run on sentences. I liked that it was on online course, so I didnt have to actually go to class. The final exam was very easy, There was not alot of homework

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

No tips, just follow the syllabus and turn in your assignments on time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The work in the course wasn't particularly difficult, but I did learn a lot in this class. With each assignment and as the semester progressed I think I improved significantly as a writer .

    Course highlights:

We wrote a problem/solution research paper about the issues within our intended field of study. I found it interesting to see problems that you wouldn't know existed unless you worked in that area.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the papers a little bit at a time, make rough drafts and revisions, and submit papers early!! Beery is very helpful and gives good insight on what you need to improve on.
