Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Smith is an excellent teacher who's passion for learning and knowledge of current relevant topics make the course she teaches engaging. She breaks down concepts of writing that not everyone may be familiar with by connecting them to everyday examples. Professor Smith makes sure to foster classroom discussion of writing prompts as well, allowing students to play off each other's ideas and energy. This in turn also helped the course to be more engaging. As a person she was very approachable and reasonable and worked with me when circumstances did interfere with my work.

    Course highlights:

I very much enjoyed the writing assignment we did. Each essay was a step in a process allowing us to develop a theme right along side our writing skills. They also, in my case, helped me tor improve my self-reflection and critical thinking skills.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Peer reviews are your best friends. Never be shy about having as many people as possibel review your work.

    Advice for students:

Put plenty of time into your paper. do not try to wing it and write the paper the night before. Take the time to collect your thoughts and transfer them to paper so that they will make more sense. Make sure to do the proper amount of research that is needed for the paper
