    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because the professor talks directly from the book, knows everything he is talking about entirely, and the tests are all online!

    Course highlights:

We learned several jazz musicians in history and briefly discusses instruments and song styles.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and know the music!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course is very easy & is actually quite fun in class. The class is very laid back and attendance is not mandatory. The teacher is hilarious and makes the material great and easy to learn. I highly recommend.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course was listening to all of the great jazz musicians over the years play the many different forms of jazz. Another highlight of this course was going to two different Jazz concerts to fill out a listening report. This was very different for me & ended up being a great time.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

To succed in this course all you need to do is three things, show up to class, study for the three exams, and give your best at the listening reports. If you accomplish all three of these things throughout the course of this class you should without a doubt get a great final grade
