    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He does a good job of explaining concepts, but he doesn't cover all of the material that is necessary, and he goes very slowly.

    Course highlights:

Volumes of solids of revolution, convergence and divergence, arc length, integrands, polar coordinates, vectors and vector math

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend doing all of the assigned homework. He never checks it and he goes over almost every problem the day after it is assigned so it is difficult to make yourself do the homework. But it is important to complete all of the problems to get the practice of figuring them out on your own. Studying for tests, go over the homework problems and the quiz problems and you can easily get 100%. However, when studying for the final, study with someone from another section, take the practice exams from another section. There will be material on them that was not covered with Jeongoo, and that material WILL be on the final. You'll need the equations that the other sections learned, too.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Wenqi did a great job at explaining very difficult concepts to grasp. This was my second attempt at taking Calc. 2, and I was ultimately able to achieve a grade of an A in the course due to her excellent instruction. I feel as though I am knowledgeable about the topics covered in the course, and I am confident going into the next level math course that I am going to be able to do well.

    Course highlights:

Wenqi was not an extremely difficult grader, and if you were close to achieving the correct answer, she gave partial credit. The quiz review was directly before the quizzes, which was nice because you knew exactly what to expect. She dropped some of the low quiz grades, and I believe the lowest test score was dropped (but don't quote me on it). Ultimately, Wenqi's instruction made this course as satisfactory as it was. Without a good professor to thoroughly teach the material, Calc. 2 is a nearly impossible class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Even with a good professor, you will have to work very hard to achieve a good grade in the course. Math comes easily to me, but I still made sure to study for the exams and quizzes, and I did all of the homework assignments (even if they weren't collected for a grade). The more time and effort you put into the course, the better your grade will be.
