Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

There is a requirement to be in attendance for basically every class. No matter what grade you get at the end of the semester she will knock off a letter grade if you missed more than 3 classes. I went from an A- to a B- very quickly.

    Course highlights:

This course was helpful in becoming a more comfortable public speaker. The majority of the class i surrounded around 3 speeches you have to give. All of which are built up to ensuring you become more and more comfortable with each speech.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you decide to take this course you need to make sure you do not miss class. No matter how well you are doing in the class or how easy the class is you must be in attendance. I am not sure why as I gained full retention of all material even when I missed but it will adversely affect your grade if you miss class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is very inviting when it comes to people who are not good at public speaking and helps them move at their own pace. We had a lot of foreign people in our class and I spoke with them and they said they felt very comfortable speaking in front of us. It was beneficial to hear her feedback and I learned a lot from her.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the multiple speeches we had to give. We were able to dress up and look nice in front of the class and have notes for our speech. It allowed a comfortable setting to achieve success.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Work in advance on speeches. The better you know your speech, the more persuasive you are to your audience. If you dont know your speech well, it is pretty obvious, so to know it will help in your grade overall.
