Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend this course due to the fact that the professor works to make sure you understand the material to the best of your ability.
You had to create your own food chart and he wanted you to follow what you had planned out for yourself for that week. It made you really focus on your activities you were doing and it also allowed you to see what foods you were putting into your body as well.

Make sure you go to class and take notes. Everything that will be on your tests, will come straight from your notes. The tests are not hard and the notes are very simple and easy to follow.
