    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I am not really involved or interested in science, I haven't retained much of what I learned of science in the past, and I had a hard time putting myself into subjects such as what happens when the body does not have enough calcium. Other than that, it is a great course.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the jobs of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and nutrients in the body. The chemical make up of each of these was also included in the course. Processes such as water and nutrients moving through the body and through cell walls was included as well.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise one to have at least some of a background in the knowledge of cells and macro nutrients, or else plan to put more time into the course than the average lower level class.
