    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to students preparing a semester before starting nursing school. It help to connect the dots in patients physiology and disease.

    Course highlights:

Case studies were interesting, learning about dieases, lab values, signs and symptoms was interesting to understand the whole picture on patient.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

For the online class- i recommend to work and studying everyday because its fast pace. Get case studies done 3 or 4 days before due date. To get help if needed with plenty of time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She was very quick to respond to emails, gave clear feedbacks for me to know exactly where to improve. She is a type of teacher that cares for the success of her students. She always asked if there was anything should could do to help me have a better experience.

    Course highlights:

Before taking this course, there were so many diseases, I had no idea how the come about, with down syndrome being a typical example. Taking this class gave me a better understanding of the disease, what cause them, how they are clinically manifested, evaluated, and possible treatment methods.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

This class is not an easy class to take especially online. I took it as a challenge and it was one of the best performances I ever had. It is good to take Bio 202 and 205 before taking this class because a lot of the material comes from 202 and 205. Taking the class online, I spent at least two hours doing the course work every day, and also doing my home works ahead of the class, such as to have enough time to contact the instructor in case I needed to. It is doable but one needs to be committed, dedicated, and determined
